YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s New Album ‘Sincerely, Kentrell’ Edges Out Drake’s ‘CLB’ for No. 1 Debut

Despite at the moment being in prison, YoungerBoy Never Broke Again has simply notched his fourth No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart together with his latest providing Sincerely, Kentrell. 

The project, which dropped on September 24, accommodates no options.

According to MRC Data, the album offered 137,000 equal album items in its first week, surpassing Drake’s Certified Lover Boy, which earned 135,000 equal album items this week, Billboard studies. CLB sat atop the Billboard 200 chart for 3 weeks since its launch last month but is now right beneath Sincerely, Kentrell at No. 2 in its fourth week. The different high 5 albums this week are Lil Nas X’s Montero which slid from No. 2 to No. 3, Kanye West’s Donda, which stays at No. 4, and Olivia Rodrigo’s Sour as No. 5. Album’s from Doja Cat, Morgan Wallen, The Kid Laroi, Billie Eilish, and Rod Wave spherical out the highest 10, in that order.

Sincerely, Kentrell is YoungerBoy’s latest No. 1 album since releasing his last project,  Top, in 2020 which boasted options from Lil Wayne and Snoop Dogg. While the rapper is at the moment in prison after being charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a firearm not registered to him, his legion of followers and memes of “YoungBoy better” circulating on social media has helped his new album attain this chart success regardless of it not receiving heavy promotion previous to its launch.
